Labatt focuses on medium-size, multi-unit operations, regional chains, and major accounts. We have single-source programs with many multi-unit operators, with relationships reaching back as far as 80’s. We pride ourselves on having been part of the successful growth of many local favorites

Schools

Salvatore pioneered in the development of single-source fixed-price contracts in the schools of the state of Michigan. The taxpayers of Michigan have the absolute best system possible in school purchasing—multi-year contracts at guaranteed fixed pricing with the distributor chosen by transparent competitive bidding. The school segment is a major customer segment for Salvatore.

Healthcare

Some of Salvatore’s longest relationships are with hospitals and nursing homes. Besides applying our deep experience of cafeteria dining, we are committed to special responsiveness to special patient dietary needs.
